Absolutely wonderful job! My husband and I used them for a house we just purchased. It was very late notice request from us and boy did they deliver. He managed to fit the inspection in and called us that night for a verbal report. He sent heaps of photos through and walked us through each photo and things that he noticed might need addressing. It was such a thorough inspection and he gave great advice for novices and recommendations.Will be using them again and telling all my friends that need one!

If we could give William and Jenny ten stars, we absolutely would, as five stars simply aren’t enough! As first-time homebuyers, the house-buying process can feel incredibly overwhelming, making it difficult to identify who truly has your best interests at heart. Fortunately, William and Jenny have been incredibly forthcoming, detailed, and personable, remembering our prior conversations throughout the journey and making us feel in very good hands.We felt genuinely supported during the two inspections we've had for different properties and William was exceptional in walking through the main points of the inspection reports. He took the time to highlight specific issues, put them into perspective, and help us understand what everything meant—overall, it was a significant learning curve for us. All the reviews here are legit as I experienced it first hand. Highly recommended!!! Ive been searching for a thorough, quality, honest and value for the money building/house inspection report. “Auckland Affordable Inspect a Home by William” really delivers.William went over and beyond for the inspection. A very detailed and thorough check with every nook and cranny that he can findas minor as screws that can lead to a potential huge repair to major truss hangers issue on your roof beam. Pointed out major issues that needs to rectify and some minor issues that needs to highlight.Really glad I went through the inspection for even a brand new house. And specially inspected with William. Most REA wont recommend it just because its brand new house, “waste of money” as it passes CCC , covers with master builder warranty and etc. A minimal fee is nothing for your almost million dollar house purchase and peace of mind.

The best home inspector in Auckalnd hands down! Will spent 2 hours inspecting a house I was interested and generated a very thorough report with pictures and recommendations. He is incredibly knowledgeable, cannot recommend him more!

William and Jenny are professional who are passionate and love their job - you will expect to get very thorough inspection, not to mention their detailed report. They will save you tons for future remedial cost before buying the house. William's depth insight of NZ construction would provide you useful information on the next step of the process. Very recommended, I would've given 10 stars if I could👍🏻👍🏻

Thank you William and Jenny for your excellent service 🙂 I highly recommend their building inspection service and will continue to use in the future. Communication was prompt and lovely and presentation is extremely professional. They set a high standard for property inspection in New Zealand.The inspection is extremely detailed which is an understatement as no words can really describe how detailed it was. This is definitely not just your simple checklist building inspection. William puts tremendous effort in compiling a total inspection profile of the inspected property. Every sign of concern that can be picked up by an experienced surveyor and builder but invisible to the layman are covered, explained and solutions presented. And don’t skip on the repair estimations add on. It could be a costly mistake not to add this on as this could be used for negotiation or future budgetary considerations. The complete verbal and written report would be the best option as William go through with you thoroughly over the report in even more detail and valuable recommendations. By the end, not only would you be able to make a genuine decision whether to purchase the property but you would understand the property like never before. And if you are a layman to property and construction, you will learn so much just by immersing yourself in the report.You will gain tremendous amount of value for the amount you invest in Williams service, especially for property purchases that could are extremely high stake investments. The rating is definitely not a fluke, it is very well earned and deserved. To the extent that some vendors would post and retaliate, it shows the dedication of William to his client to make sure that they get value for the service they paid and the faith they have in his work and experience 🙂
