Inspect a Home inspection team is led by William, a highly trained building inspector/ building surveyor with over 35 years of hands-on experience. Meticulous and detail-oriented, William brings extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial properties, making him the driving force behind one of Auckland’s most versatile building inspection companies, Inspect a Home.
In addition to his inspection expertise, William has worked as a Senior Quantity/Building Surveyor and Estimator. This experience gives him a deep understanding of the costs involved in building, repairing faulty materials and workmanship, remediations, and property maintenance. He can provide a realistic estimate of what it may cost to rectify any existing defects or complete necessary replacements.
William trained as a building inspector/building surveyor from 1984 to 1987 and has since dedicated his career to mastering all aspects of quality-built properties. His goal is to help home buyers and property owners make fully informed decisions about one of their most significant investments.
Now, together with his experienced team of building inspectors, William is proud to offer comprehensive building inspection services across the Greater Auckland Area and in time New Zealand-wide, ensuring you have the knowledge and confidence to protect your property.
