Workrite phase inspections process

How does it work? Workrite phase inspections follow the build through distinct phases in accordance with the builder’s programme, each of which has a Workrite phase inspection sign-off after the Defects are listed to be rectified by the builder. Each phase is thoroughly documented and signed off as a record of the quality of the build.
At the completion of the build. Auckland Affordable Inspect a Home will snag the build and provide a list of snags to be rectified before and after settlement.
